No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake with Salted Caramel Sauce

No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake because when you’re being lazy and craving something sweet, you can whip these up in less than thirty minutes. They’re not overly sweet, and the addition of caramel sauce doesn’t overpower the deliciousness of this cozy fall dessert.

Easy No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake with Salted Caramel Sauce

While I don’t mind how easy this was to put together, I certainly I am not crazy about the fact that I haven’t figured out a way to store them for later consumption. The whole family loved it, and the leftover caramel sauce was drilled onto ice cream the next day. So this is a recipe that keeps on winning.

No one needs to know you didn’t spend hours in the kitchen, just drizzle it generously with caramel sauce and watch them marvel in your awesomeness.

I love Pumpkin Spice flavored food around this time of year. It is so alluring and the smell is very pleasant. I tried the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes at IHop and they are absolutely delicious. Krispy Kreme Pumpkin Spice Donuts are also to die for. I don’t know if I would try yours because the caramel is a bit much for me. I try not to eat anything that is sweet except cake and I do not add icing. I guess that can be expected since I do not eat candy either. Good recipe though.
