No Fuss Banana Bread from Scratch
No Fuss Banana Bread. The kids are heading back to school this week. It has been a quick and fun summer break but sadly it’s time to get back to our school routine. One of the routine, I am not excited about is the hectic morning craziness. No matter how we plan the night before, there is always a surprise in the morning.
This No Fuss Banana Bread would make a great addition to your back to school breakfast menu. You can bake it the night before so the kids have something for the busy weekday mornings. When you wake up the next day, just warm it in the microwave for about 30 seconds top it with butter and you will have a nice warm and yummy banana bread.
To give it an extra pizzazz you can add a glaze or for a little crunchy surprise you might want to add chopped nuts or raisins. Even without the glaze or nuts you can still enjoy this right out of the oven. This recipe would also be perfect as a muffin. Have a happy and safe Labor Day.
