An Evening with Kristi Yamaguchi and Alpine Lace Deli Cheese #LifeIngredients
On Tuesday, I had the pleasure of spending an evening with Kristi Yamaguchi and Alpine Lace Deli Cheese. How did I get so luck you ask, well remember a few weeks ago, when I shared my Chicken and Cheese Crostini recipe. Well they loved my little creation, so they invited me for an evening of dining, dancing and discovery.

I created the recipe because I liked Alpine Lace cheese and after spending an evening with the beautiful Kristi Yamaguchi and hearing the people behind the brand talk about their mission and goals. I can’t help but fall in love. The evening was filled with lots of laughter, cheese pairing and dancing.
To kick off the event, Ms. Yamaguchi shared with us how she balances everything from being a mom, figure skater, entrepreneur, wife, and philanthropist.
Then she invited us to join her on the dance floor. To start she showed us her dance steps reminiscing of her time at Dancing with the Stars. This time we would learn how to Rumba. Our instructors was none other than famed dancers Adam Katona and Lauren Schelfhaudt (not pictured).

To round up the evening, we created a perfect pairing using Alpine Lace Deli Cheese.
You will be amazed at the endless possibility when it comes to finding the perfect pair. My favorite pairing was hands down the Alpine Lace Deli Cheese and dark chocolate – it was AMAZING.
Overall, I had a great time and learned the many ways to live a healthy and balanced life. If you have an appetite for more, definitely check out Alpine Lace Deli Cheese Facebook page.
I wrote this post as a sponsored campaign for Alpine Lace® Cheese. Although, I was compensated for my participation all opinions are mine.
