Recruit the kids to help you in assembling the pizza and you can customize it any way you want. We used chicken because that’s what I had at home but whatever protein you see fit will work. Mushrooms will work perfectly if you’re a vegetarian. Sometimes, I add cayenne pepper, onions and some hollandaise sauce.

First, we sprinkled some shredded mozzarella on the premade pizza crust, then we added a generous amount of chicken, then spinach and more cheese and to finish up, I made an indentation in the middle and added an egg. We sprinkled some salt and pepper to taste and that was it – easy peasy.

We like the egg a little running, so I didn’t put it in the oven for a long time. I did 10 minutes and kept checking it till it was the right consistency. You can use your discretion regarding how you want the final result. Add more time or less time, just make sure you keep an eye on it to avoid burning it.
