    MyFitnessPal will help you keep track of your meals and exercise while on the go. You can monitor your daily progress and check their food database for calorie recommendations and daily intakes suggestions. Its available for download on Blackberry, iPhone, Windows and Android.
  2. Eat Better
    Fooducate helps you make better food choices. When you go to the grocery store you use the app to scan your food and by using a scientific grading systems the app grades the foods and beverage on a scale from A to D recommending minimally processed, real foods, that are naturally rich in nutrients and antioxidants. Its available for on iPhone and Android.
  3. Manage your Finances & Save More Money
    Mint.com Personal Finance, its a free budget app that lets you set a budget, track your goals all in a central location. The initial set up is cumbersome because you gave to enter your checking, savings, credit cards, loans,  investments, retirement accounts, etc then it categories your expenses so you know where all your money is going. Cool feature, it helps you review your spending habits and makes personalized recommendations on where you can possibly save. You can download it on Windows 8, iOS and Android,
  4. Get Organized
    Evernote is an award winning app that lets you stay organized by making it easy to take notes, create to-do-lists, track your time, and record voice remainders. The best part, its syncs across  all your devices.
  5. Quit Smoking
    QuitNow helps to motivate you in achieving your goal and offers support in easing the anxiety that accompanies quitting cold turkey.  The app gives you a real time progress report of days without smoking, lives you’ve saved, number of cigarette you resisted, money being saved, and how your health has improved and regenerated. Its offers a support system, tips and tricks from other in helping ease the pain. Its available on iPhone, Blackberry and Android.

    I love the My FitnessPal app I really need to reinstall it on my phone!

    I LOVE Evernote. It’s the one app I’ll never delete from my phone or iPad (or laptop, for that matter). It makes it so easy to keep track of everything!

    My favorite is Evernote. I carry all my notes, recipes, how-to’s, poetry etc. It’s such a great tool!
