Tropical Fruit Dip

It’s Memorial Day and if you’re looking for a quick and easy fruit dip, try this four ingredients Tropical Fruit Dip. It takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and it’s a potluck favorite. So before you head out to watch the parade, put this put and by the time you come back it will be ready to devour. You can serve it with strawberries, kiwi, bananas, pineapple, apples slices, papaya slices, blueberries or grapes. If you enjoy fruit dips that are sweet and tangy then gives this little number a try.

Tropical Fruit Dip

Tropical Fruit Dip
  • 8oz. Cream Cheese soften
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • ⅓ cup Coconut Cream
  1. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese,  coconut cream and sugar
  2. Put pineapple chunks in blended and blend until smooth
  3. Add the pineapple into the cream cheese mixture, stir until well blended
  4. Taste it, add more sugar if desired
  5. Cover and refrigerated for 1-2 hours
  6. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes if you wish
