Berry Dairy Dream + Disney Magic of Healthy Living
Berry Dairy Dream + Disney Magic of Healthy Living. While at the Disney Social Media Mom Conference, we attended a family welcome dinner at Big Thunder Ranch Jamboree where I found out about the Disney TRYit campaign. At the TRYit dinner experience we enjoyed an evening of fun, food, plus a live performance by the Kelly Rae Band.
#DisneyTRYit interactive dinner was hosted by Disney Magic of Healthy Living, an initiative that partnered with parents to inspire kids to TRY new nutritious foods, have fun moving/grooving and find simple ways to be their best. We got a chance to explore the ground in search of healthy food station with the Mickey Check.
What’s a Mickey Check?
Mickey Check is an easy way for you to spot nutritious food and beverage choices that fit into your family’s healthy lifestyle. When you see a Mickey Check, it means the food meets Disney nutritional guidelines for kids which limit calories, saturated fat, sodium and sugar. Click here to learn more about the Mickey Check and don’t forget to look out for the Mickey Check Icon while in stores and especially while on vacation at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
Berry Dairy Dream + Disney Magic of Healthy Living
In learning about the campaign, my family was inspired to try something new, fun and healthy as well. Hence this week post – Berry Dairy Dream, it’s a protein packed smoothie and a creative/delicious way to sneak in dairy into our menu.
This 4 ingredients recipe is only 160 calories and it takes less than 5 minutes to make.

Disclosure: My family was invited to the 2014 Disney Social Media Moms Conference. We paid for the conference and travel expenses. I wasn’t obligated to write about it. Disney TRYit images courtesy of @hyku. Hanging out with OrgJunkie & Musings of a Housewife for this weeks Menu Plan Monday.

My kids love strawberries! This looks very delicious and it’s easy to do! I might make some for my children over the weekend! We usually spend the weekend going to parks or watching a movie. Either way, it would make for a lovely snack. Thanks for sharing!

I love strawberries!
Normally we don’t get much of a chance to actually use them as my kids just love to munch on them. This looks super good…will have to add this to my “must try” list!
Thanks for sharing :0)
