Pineapple & Mango Salsa
Are you entertaining for Cinco De Mayo? Skip the trip to the store, and instead make this Pineapple & Mango Salsa it just wouldn’t be a party without it. It’s a cinch to make and a guaranteed hit with any party crowd. Best part, you can whip it up in less than 10-minutes. I’m often asked, what the difference is between Pico de Gallo and salsa? As far as I know, one is saucier than the other.
Pineapple & Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced ripe mango
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 large tomato, seeded & diced
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
Direction
- Combine all the ingredients in a non-corrosive bowl
- Season with salt and pepper, toss and make sure it’s well coated
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or until ready to use
- Serve cold
