Baked Tilapia with Signature Seasoning
I hate to admit it but we don’t eat fish as much as I would like us to. So when my friends over at Gorton’s Seafood sent me a few of their products to try out, I jumped at the offer. I decided to give the Simply Bake Tilapia Signature Seasoning a taste. It offered restaurant-quality tilapia right in my kitchen. Its was easy to make, it came already seasoned, I placed the sealed bag in the oven at 350 degrees for 27 minutes and Voila – perfectly seasoned restaurant quality fillet. It’s diet friendly at 120 calories per serving and 20g protein.
I love the fact that when it came out of the oven, it looked exactly like the picture on the box. I hate it when I prepare my meals and they don’t come out as advertise. I always think I did something wrong. The fish was well seasoned and I enjoyed it so much I did’t alter it in anyway instead I paired it with my yellow rice and some mixed vegetables. I had dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. If you’re gluten free, Gorton’s Grilled Fish is Gluten Free!.
