What’s your favorite soup for fall? As the temperature drops, easy and hearty soup recipes are one of our go-to meal for those cold winter nights. It’s also a good time to discover new recipes to add to your rotation. I often make a big batch so it can last us for a few days, which helps make dinner decisions easy. Sometimes I pair the soup with salad, but most of the time we enjoy it by itself.
