Confession of A Parent Who “Does It”

Imagine this scenario: Before you had kids, you and your husband were hot and heavy. Then one day, it just stopped. My husband and I have been together 13 years, but we’ve been married for 11. So I understand the importance of staying connected not just emotionally or spiritually but also physically.  “Happy parents equals a happy family”. So, in honor of National Orgasm Day, I wanted to share this infographic with you.

A recent study revealed that 78 percent of parents experience a decline in romance after having children, I can totally relate. When we had our daughter almost 8 years ago, we had to work hard to bring back the romance. We’ve resulted to being creative when it comes to making the most of our precious pillow time.

According to the study 68 percent of parents are turning to lubricants and nearly 58 percent turning to vibrators to help set the mood and achieve the Big “O” Yes, just because we’ve had kids doesn’t mean, we are done. Intimacy is still a priority to most parents, with 40 percent of parents saying if they had an extra hour in their day, they would spend it getting intimate with their partner.

Fortunately Trojan offers a full line of lubricants and vibrations to help parents spice things up and increase the pleasure.   Discover what other parents are saying and see how you measure up.

We have had to be more understanding of hearing “I’m so tired, Honey.” And we also have learned that sometimes being tired can be forgotten. 🙂

Its so hard to get on the right schedule. With all the working and schooling plus the kids. We are often faced with one person sleep or not home when the time is right.
