Verizon Introduces Early Upgrade Plan, Edge #TechThursday
Verizon joins AT&T and T-Mobile with the introduction of Verizon Edge. The program kicked off a few days ago and its available to current Verizon customers. Verizon Edge offers the ability to upgrade to a new device after 6 months.
Verizon Edge is a flexible new program for customers who want to stay at the leading edge of technology. With Edge, the cost for a new device is spread over 24 months. After six months and once 50 percent of the retail price has been paid, customers can “Edge Up” for a brand new device. No hassles. No upgrade fees. No long-term service contact. It’s that simple.
So if you’re known amongst your colleagues as being the office trendsetter, or you broke your phone when you were accidentally thrown into the pool this summer, don’t laugh it happens. Whatever, the reason Verizon is making it possible for everyone to have the latest and greatest devices – with the launch of the Edge plan. Edge give you the power to stay ahead of the curve, it allows you to use the latest and greatest devices on Verizon’s 4G LTE, the nation’s largest and most reliable network. I think this program will be well received by customers, because everyone wants to be in trend and up to date with new technology. So imagine getting a new phone with no down payment, upgrade fees or long-term contract, sounds like a sweet deal to me. Interested in learning more about the program, check out the Verizon Edge FAQs
