Anaheim Marriott Suites Review
Anaheim Marriott Suites Review. Anaheim Marriott Suites is one of the good neighborhood hotels recommended by Disneyland.
Disneyland® Resort Good Neighbor Hotels are conveniently located near the magic and fantasy of Disneyland® Park, Disney California Adventure® Park and the Downtown Disney® District. Offering friendly accommodations at affordable prices, Disneyland® Resort Good Neighbor Hotels maintain Disney-specified quality and service standards.
Our family spent 2 nights at the Anaheim Marriott Suites after a 3 night stay at Disneyland Hotel. We chose Anaheim Marriott Suites because we wanted a hotel that was comfortable and convenient. A place that offered a shuttle to the Park and a most of all a place that could accommodate our family of 4.
Anaheim Marriott Suites Review
With two young girls, we didn’t want them to feel claustrophobic so having a two room suite was a good choice. The Living room/sitting area was big enough to accommodate our family with enough room for the girls to run around. The living room had a Sofa bed complete with a flat screen TV with lots of kids channel plus premium movie channels. Get tips and information to make the most of your Disney vacation by tuning into the Disneyland® Resort in-room TV channel to preview “must-sees” attractions before you head to the Park.
Our bedroom had two double beds with pillowtop mattress and duvet cover. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our first night there, we ordered dinner from one of the restaurants in the neighborhood. The next morning, we walked across the street to Target for some last minute travel essentials. We love the fact that the hotel isn’t so secluded that we were stuck with what the hotel had to offer, there were lots of restaurant within walking distant that we didn’t feel restrained.
The Marble bathroom was clean and spacious with a shower and tub combination. Perfect to wash up after a long and exhausting day at Disneyland. There is a pool on site but we didn’t get a chance to check it out.
The hotel package we ordered included daily breakfast buffet with omelet station at the SunSpot Restaurant. This ended up to be a good decision. It saved us from having to spend a ton of money for breakfast while at the Park. The buffet menu offered lots of healthy choices. There is a Starbucks right on site.
We had to use the business center a few times to fax some documents, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We paid $179 a night plus $12.95 for daily wired internet use. What we were not so trilled about was the $12.95 a day for wired internet use. Granted the lobby had free WiFi but you would think in this day and age, complimentary internet would be part of the in-room amenities.
You can board a shuttle to Disneyland downstairs, just ask the front desk to point you in the right direction. Adult tickets 12 and over: $ 5.00, kids 4-12: $2.00, kids under 3 are free.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. It’s a perfect spot for families looking for an alternative to Disneyland Resort hotels. It’s also a great spot for couples or business trip. For more information on Anaheim Marriott Suites, visit: www.AnaheimCAMarriottSuites.com.
