This week marks the One-Year anniversary of Recipes from a Pantry a UK based blog with a global audience. The site is own by Bintu a fellow African and one of the first friends I made online. You can imagine how hard its to run a successful blog but she makes it look so effortless. My son recently got a box of Crunchie bars on Amazon. They are our favorite candy bars and hard to find in the US, so I think that would be my “treat”.
