Mom Mixer – Spring into Summer 2014 Event Recap

Published on

A few weeks ago, I was invited to the Mom Mixer – Spring into Summer 2014 at the gorgeous Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia. It was a great event that offered over 150 moms an opportunity to chat with 11 brands and get first hand insight on what’s new for the season.

Here is a snap shot of some of my favorites from Mom Mixer – Spring into Summer 2014

Tommy Hilfiger and Under Armour from Kids Headquarters showcased their Spring 2014 collection.

CVS was on hand offering a taste test of their Gold Emblem snacks. My favorite was the CVS Gold Emblem Absolutely Divine White Chocolate Chip, they were truly divine.

Jen Thomas of Stella & Dot was on hand sharing tips on must have fashion accessories for the summer. She had everything from stylish accessories to keepsakes, including gifts for little ones under $50. If you see anything you like, feel free to connect with her on twitter – @JenThomasJewels

Overall, I had a great time at the event; got a prescription glasses recommendation from Visionworks. I was treated to a skin consultation with Gina of Rodan+Fields Dermatolgists. I also got to talk to the team over at CHARM IT, where I learned all about the Crayola Experience Design-A-Charm Party.

To wrap up the #mommixer event, I sat down with Susan G. Komen foundation and learned about and their 3-Day walk. What’s a 3-Day Walk?, Well its a 60 miles, 3 day walk to support someone you know who is battling breast cancer. I was moved by the message that I signed up for the Philadelphia 3-Day Walk – *sigh* wish me luck.
