Beef and Broccoli with Mustard Sauce

Published on

This Beef and Broccoli with Mustard Sauce is a quick and easy recipe for those busy night when you’re craving Chinese but don’t want the added calories. It’s ready in less than 30 minutes, that’s faster than ordering from your favorite restaurant.

Prep time is less than 5 minutes and if you’ve a thin sliced beef the cooking time will be about 20 minutes. That means you can have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes, perfect solution for those hectic nights. I make sure to cut the beef really thin so it cooks through. Sometimes, when the beef isn’t thin enough, I use a meat tenderizer so the end result isn’t tough and chewy.

That looks really good. I love meals that come together quickly for those nights that everyone is just rushing around.
