Truth be told, I don’t do much for Halloween. We do truck or treat, and the girls help me hand out goodies to people that drop by the house.  Besides that, Halloween at our house is pretty low key. Although, with this witches’ hat, I am tempted to do more.  Especially since we have a birthday in October. This could be an excuse for a Halloween themed birthday party.  It’s a genius way to turn those Oreo cookies into spooky treats.

How to Make the Wicked Witch Cookies Hats

How to Decorate the Oreo Wicked Witch Cookies

  1. Gently pop out the Oreos from their molds and place on the wax lined baking sheet.
  2. Cut the licorice wheels into 2-inch strips. You will need 48 total.
  3. Using a toothpick, dab a small amount of melted black chocolate (you may have to reheat it in the microwave if it has hardened) at the upper corners of each Oreo cookie.
