Its a lazy menu this week, we have a lot of activities so little to no time to cook. Mostly leftovers and no introduction of new meals or fancy dinner. However, the site is in dire new of new recipe, so I plan on posting one this week, fingers crossed.

The baked chicken and rice sounds like heavenly comfort food! Tonight’s meal is Chicken & Broccoli Spaghetti – I go shopping on Tuesdays, so I have to plan the rest of the week’s meals this afternoon.
