I seriously need to start incorporating more healthy choices into our menu. We eat way too much carbs – rice and pasta seems to be my go to meal – which isn’t all that great when i am trying to lose at least 20 lbs. If nothing else this menu planning is really helping me be more aware of what i’m making for the family. I definitely need to start making more effort by substituting with whole wheat pasta and brown rice. I just pray my family likes it.

Tuesday – Rice and Steak Strips
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Hamburger Helper
Friday – Oven Baked Fish and Chips
Saturday – Vegetable Lasagna
Sunday – Undecided
