I’ve been on hiatus when it comes to my weekly menu planning, you can blame it on the kids being off from school. Actually, that’s not entirely true, my goal when I started the weekly menu planning is so I can start incorporating healthy choices into our every day meal. I’ve been working on it but its way harder than I thought. Anyway, I finally have my ducks in a roll and I hope to keep the momentum. I am excited about my Black-Eyed Peas and Sweet Corn Recipe, which I will put up tomorrow, in the mean time here is what we’re having this week for dinner.
Tuesday – Sweet and Sour Chicken with White Rice
Wednesday – Leftovers
Thursday – Pasta and Meatballs
Friday – Marinated Skirt Steak on bed of Lettuce
Saturday – Not Sure
Sunday – Pizza
