Agreed! Being confident would be the first step and that is all about knowing who you are and what you have to offer. That is one thing that keeps me positive about myself and body. Choosing the fashion and styles that make you comfortable is next. Finally, not comparing myself to others and acknowledging my own progress with lifestyle and fitness changes is what no one can take away from me. I love the way you included Poise into this post while addressing issues that many women face or at least can relate too. I know I've sneezed and let a twinkle drop slip before.

Hi Kira!

I love your tips on being confident this summer.... I needed this message! After I was a size 6 at the time I weaned my son from breastfeeding I began gaining weight and have not enjoyed wearing a swim suit. It has put a cramp in summer fun for me... but no more! I've loved reading how many tips people are coming up with for the Poise campaign too. LBL is common and there is such a stigma where it doesn't have to be that way.
