Our boys are still way to young for this, but I know with my friends who have older kids a cell phone is a hot topic. I love that there is an affordable options for parents.

These types of phones are definitely ideal for kids. I will keep this in mind in a few years when our kids will be needing phones!

I have an AT&T go phone and love it! I get service in places where most others fail and their plans are reasonable for what you get.

We don’t have unexpected surprises on our bill anymore, but we pay a pretty high monthly rate. I love the idea of the AT&T GoPhone. I’m realizing it would be a great savings for us.

My oldest went and bought his own phone and continues to show me he is capable by paying his own bill. He sticks with a pay-as-you go type of thing, I like it because it isn’t a contract. Love the idea of the AT&T Go phone, gets them ready for life and if you own it you know exactly how much you will be getting charged every month.

We have been considering a plan like this for our son. He is in middle school and I’d like him to have something for emergencies. This seems affordable with great features!

I have been using a prepaid plan now for almost a year now and am very pleased with it. Didn’t know about the GoPhone-activated SIM card, this is interesting.

I like that you can use a hand-me-down phone. I think if I made the switch to the Go Phone, I’d use it as a house phone.

We got phones for our older kids to keep track of them when I was on bed rest. We are almost ready for our 3rd kid to get a phone. This is the prefect option.

My cousin uses AT&T Go Phone for her cell service. She loves it and is always raving about it over other plans that she has used. I have considered it, but have not taken the plunge. I am headed over to their site to read more. This would probably save my family quite a chunk each month!

I don’t have the GoPhone but I use the GoPhone cards for my AT&T hotspot. It works perfectly because I only have to pay for it in the months I’ll be traveling and needing it.

Interesting. I haven’t looked into the AT&T Go Phones yet. My oldest is just turning 7 and I was kinda hoping we could put it off until Middle School. I agree, this looks like a great way to teach responsibility to a young person while keeping them connected.
