Avocado Blueberry Banana Smoothie

- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- ½ avocado, seeded and peeled
- ½ medium banana, peeled
- ¼ cup ice
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Combine blueberries, avocado, banana, ice, and flax into your blender.
- Pour in almond milk until it covers the other ingredients. You have to make sure that you add
- enough liquid or the smoothie will be too thick.
- Blend and enjoy!
