Avocado Blueberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ avocado, seeded and peeled
  • ½ medium banana, peeled
  • ¼ cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  1. Combine blueberries, avocado, banana, ice, and flax into your blender.
  2. Pour in almond milk until it covers the other ingredients. You have to make sure that you add
  3. enough liquid or the smoothie will be too thick.
  4. Blend and enjoy!
