White Chocolate Saltine Toffee Recipe

  • 30 saltine crackers (salted)
  • ¾ cup of butter
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of creamy vanilla white chocolate chips
  • valentine sprinkles
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line a cookie pan with parchment paper
  3. Arrange saltines in a single layer; set aside.
  4. On low heat in a small saucepan, combine butter and sugar and cook stirring frequently, until bubbly
  5. Promptly remove from and pour on top of the crackers
  6. Spread butter and sugar melt over cracker
  7. Put back in the oven and bake 3 minutes, until slightly bubbly
  8. Remove the crackers from the oven and sprinkle chocolate morsels on top
  9. Quickly smooth out the chocolate with a knife or spatula
  10. Decorate with sprinkles and let it sit for 10 mins
  11. Put it in the refrigerator or freezer for two hours or longer
  12. Serve at room temperature or store in airtight container.
