Double Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

- 1 Cup pumpkin puree
- 2 Tsp pumpkin spice
- 6 Cups milk
- 1 Scoop vanilla ice cream
- 2 Shots brewed coffee
- Cinnamon to taste
- Whipped cream as a topping
- In a food processor, add the pumpkin puree and 2 cups of milk. Pulse until smooth.
- Set a pot over medium-heat, and combine the pumpkin mixture with the remaining milk cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
- Stir and let it simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has melted.
- Pour the coffee and ice cream and stir until well incorporated.
- Pour the mix into the jars and take them to the fridge.
- When ready to serve, top it off with more cinnamon and whipped cream, serve and enjoy.
