Double Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1 Cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tsp pumpkin spice
  • 6 Cups milk
  • 1 Scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 2 Shots brewed coffee
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Whipped cream as a topping
  1. In a food processor, add the pumpkin puree and 2 cups of milk. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Set a pot over medium-heat, and combine the pumpkin mixture with the remaining milk cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Stir and let it simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Pour the coffee and ice cream and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Pour the mix into the jars and take them to the fridge.
  6. When ready to serve, top it off with more cinnamon and whipped cream, serve and enjoy.
