In a medium sized bowl, combine ground beef, ranch dressing, chili pepper, bread crumbs, and salt/pepper . Mix together but careful not to overwork the meat
Using your hand, divide meat into 4 equal portions and form patties. Make sure the patties is slightly larger than your bun. Using your thumb press in center of patties to make an indentation, this allows the burger to cook evenly
Lightly brush the grill with oil, add the burger and grill over medium-heat for 4 minutes each on both sizes, turning once. Add the cheese the last minute of grilling so it can melt
To assemble, spread the sweet chili ranch dressing on the top and bottom bun. Set the lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom halves and top with the burgers, grilled pineapple, and red onion. You can add old-fashion sweet bread and butter pickle on the side.
Serve immediately
