I make curry chicken salad for lunch all the time, never thought to make a curry kabob for dinner, but I love the idea….and those look fantastic.

I love using spices, but I have never used hot madras curry powder! This sounds soo good and sure looks delish, easy and fast, too. I’d like to try it!
