I finally made these this year after I came across the recipe last year. We usually eat frejon on Good Friday with fish stew so we had some scepticism about a “frejon tart”!

I LOVE pick-me-up desserts and food in general! I’m intrigued by these, I have yet to have a dessert with beans in it however the flavors going on here seems delicious!
