It creates consistency for sure. I work at Best Buy and all of the reasons you gave are dead on. I just created a list of my own and I am planning to include every item I add to it on my Vision Board that I will create soon. I know once I create it, all of the things I want will be mine. Another feature worth mentioning is that our clients can add items to their list by scanning them as they shop or browse our aisles and they can also use the in store kiosk to search for list their family and friends have created.
