White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, if you’re tasked with coming up with a super easy and quick treat – this White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge is smooth, rich, and creamy. Put this tasty fudge on a plate, walk into any room, and watch it disappear. A nice treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. To add some pizzazz, add some sprinkles or use a small cookie cutter to help shape them into something special.

White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge
Ingredients:

Strawberry Fudge:

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2/3 cup sweetened, condensed milk
  • 1 cup marshmallow crème
  • 1 3.4oz package instant strawberry pudding

White Chocolate Fudge:

  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 can vanilla frosting

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a double boiler, melt 12 oz white chocolate chips with 1 Tbsp butter. Stir in condensed milk.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow crème and pudding mix. Stir well until full combined. Spread into the prepared pan.
  4. In a large bowl, melt remaining 12 oz white chocolate chips according to package directions. Stir in frosting. Spread over strawberry fudge in pan.
  5. Refrigerate fudge for 4+ hours. Let sit outside of fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
