What’s For Dinner, Tonight? Weekly Menu Planning – July 15

weekly menu planning

I’ve been on hiatus when it comes to my weekly menu planning, you can blame it on the kids being off from school. Actually, that’s not entirely true, my goal when I started the weekly menu planning is so I can start incorporating healthy choices into our every day meal.  I’ve been working on it but its way harder than I thought.  Anyway, I finally have my ducks in a roll and I hope to keep the momentum. I am excited about my Black-Eyed Peas and Sweet Corn Recipe, which I will put up tomorrow, in the mean time here is what we’re having this week for dinner.

Monday – Black-Eyed Peas and Sweet Corn (Pressure Cooker)

Tuesday – Sweet and Sour Chicken with White Rice

Wednesday – Leftovers

Thursday – Pasta and Meatballs

Friday – Marinated Skirt Steak on bed of Lettuce

Saturday – Not Sure

Sunday – Pizza

This week I am linking up with I’m An Organizing Junkie  and SusieQTpies Cafe check them out for more ideas

I’m so glad you planned the sweet and sour chicken, it helped me figure out what to do for a dinner this week. Don’t you just hate when you draw a blank on what to cook, at least when we menu plan we only have to fill in those blanks once!

Okay Kira, I have been on hiatus from cooking since school was out. Can’t get back into a groove. The great thing is that we’re headed on vacation in two weeks to my mom’s and she will be doing all the cooking. Gotta love moms! Though, I will take a cue from your Sunday listing and actually do a homemade pizza with the girls.
