It’s down to the wire; school starts this week, and one of the things we’ve been implementing into our back-to-school routine are daily multivitamins for the girls. The last couple of weeks,  the girls have been taking Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies.

They started over the summer so they can get a head start with healthy habits in hopes that by the time they head back-to-school this week, it will have become a part of their morning routine.

The Power of Three – Back-to-School Essentials

  1. Hearty Breakfast – Whether your morning routine is relaxed or hectic. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of a hearty breakfast to jump start the day.

  2. Multivitamin – Multivitamins are important, especially since one of my girls is a picky eater. Taking multivitamin is a great way for her to get the daily nutrients she might be missing in her diet plus it supports her overall health.† We chose the Nature Made KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies because it taste great and the girls like the different fruit flavors.
  3. Good Night Rest – What time do your children go to bed? Mine goes to bed at 7:00 pm. In fairness it’s more 7:30 because once they get upstairs, they have to brush their teeth, and read a little before lights out. However, no matter what they’ve to head upstairs at 7 pm, no ifs, ands or buts.
