Staying Hydrated on the Go

The current temp is 94°F and it’s hard to believe it’s the 3rd day of September. The kids are back in school and I am slowing getting back to my daily routine.

Zarbee's Multivitamin Mix Drink

I make a conscience effort to always carry water with me everywhere I go. Lately, I’ve been familiarizing myself with Zarbee’s Natural line of Multivitamin drink mixes. So whenever I feel less than myself, I grab a sachet and add it to my water while I head out to run my errands.

Zarbee's Naturals Antioxidant

They’re made with natural flavors and sweeteners. Although the direction recommends, mixing it with 4-6 oz of water, I always dilute mine with at least 8 oz. It’s a personal preference, you should definitely play around with it till you find the right proportion that works for you.  Each sachet can be mixed with either hot or cold water depending on the flavor.

Take the Citrus Spice flavor for example, it helps support a healthy immune system and can be served hot. The Lemon Ginger flavor on the other hand helps promote temporary alertness. It’s made with green tea, ginger and honey and can be serve hot or cold. While the Lemon Mint flavor helps promote tranquility and it can also be served hot or cold. If you’re interested in trying them out,  they’re currently available exclusively at Target as part of their Made to Matter program.
