Happy 2017!! Did you kick off the year with a resolution to get healthy or lose weight? You’re not alone. A few month ago, I did the 21-day fix. I did it on a whim. While in Jamaica, I was gifted the 21-day fix country heat kit. This was my first exposure to the 21 day fix besides the occasion beach body IG post I see a few friends post. And one thing I can say about the program is that it has helped me with portion control. To continue on with a well balanced and healthy 2017, here are few smoothie recipes for weight loss success.

    These recipes certainly don’t look boring … loving the look and sound of the chia & goji pudding in particular!

    I’ve really got into smoothie bowls lately too so great to see you’ve included some of those too 🙂 They’re such an easy way to feel that bit fuller even with exactly the same ingredients.
