Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a tart pan
For the crust, add all the ingredients into a food processor
and pulse until getting a thick dough.
Push it with your hands on the pan and save some dough for the decoration.
Take to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
For the filling, in a pot over low heat combine the apple slices, raspberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Let it simmer for 5 minutes
Fill the pie crust with the mixture and decorate it with dough strip arranged in a perpendicular pattern.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Remove from the oven and let it cool down.
Serve and enjoy.
